Private Practice Group.
BE/BC general surgeon sought. A surgeon with interest in non-cardiac thoracic or vascular surgery will excel (no VS or TS surgeon between Jackson and Nashville).
Established referral base of 10 primary care physicians and 7 NP/PAs within the group.
Population of 115,000.
In-patient surgical volume increased by 24% over the past year.
Hospital with established, contracted ED service provides 74% of the hospitals admissions, recorded 33,353 visits.
Active Hospitalist Program of eight providers.
Call: not to exceed 10 days per month; 1:3 practice call rotation supplemented by two contracted PT surgeons.
Convenient practice location, modern office, serve one hospital.
24/7 MD/CRNA anesthesia, block scheduling, 6 modern surgical suites, 4 procedures rooms, fixed CT/MRI.
Unique multi-specialty group opportunity with low overhead and attractive managed care contracts. Each specialty has its own cost center.
First year salary guarantee (inclusive of overhead), malpractice insurance, marketing assistance, sign-on bonus and relocation. Partnership track second year. Possible assistance with student loan.
