York (ACY) campus to be available from November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014, for a base period not t! o exceed one year, and one (1) one-year option period,
Work hours: Mondays through Friday, 8:00am thru 4:30pm.
Cases Include:
Cryotherapeutic Techniques
Dorsal root entry zone lesions
Multidisciplinary direction of pain management
Sympathetic Block
Bier Block
Trigger Point Injection
Joint Injection
Bursa Injection
Neuroaxial blocks with and without fluoroscopy
Para vertebral blocks
