The Anesthesia Systems Coordinator provides support to anesthesiologists, anesthetists and clinicians in the acquisition, maintenance, preparation and application of the equipment and supplies required for the administration of anesthesia.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BSN or Associates Degree in Nursing required.
Previous Operating Room related experience preferred.
Surgery Specific Education:
Anesthesia Machine training
Anesthesia monitor training
Basic EKG monitoring
Manufacturer credentialing on anesthesia
Equipment.
Meditech and surgery system computer training
Licensure or Certification: 1) Active License in the state of Tennessee
2) AHA BCLS
Experience: Two years of operating room experience in the clinical area prefe rred.
