Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd is looking “Assistant Manager - IR” for one of its Client.

Complete Job Description and Requirements

  • To coordinate with Field QC Consultant and supervise all activities pertaining to HSE & community at Field site, thereby contributing to eliminate/ reduce the risk and loss exposure through promoting QHSE awareness among Field employees and assisting Field Senior Management on QHSE matters to ensure 100% compliance to current regulatory legislation and company policies and procedures.
  • To effectively communicate QHSE rules & regulation to Field supervisors and team to contribute in loss control.
  • To participate in HSE audits & inspections and play vital role in minimizing/ reducing the chances of Incidents/Accidents before their occurrence.
  • To advise Field management on all aspects of QHSE with respect to Company’s policies and procedures on an as and when required basis.
  • To monitor seismic operation w.r.t HSE in consultation with the Project Team and field QC and report contractor’s QHSE performance and compliance as per agreed QHSE & CR requirements.
  • To provide full support to Area Office & Head Office teams for internal audits.
  • To conduct QHSE meetings on a periodic basis as per the program and on required basis. Keep tracking of meeting/inspection/audit points to ensure mentioned points are closed with agreed preventive measures.
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly inspection and monitoring of main camp and explosive sites ensured and suggest remedies of deficiencies noted.
  • To keep updated QHSE statistics including submitted observations near miss, accidents, incidents and health/ medical cases. Ensure timely completion of investigation reports and keep track of outstanding recommendations generated from the investigations.
  • To ensure zero damage to the environment and ensure that waste generated during project is being disposed as per EPA rules & regulations, Environment Management Plan agreed in EIA & waste management procedure.
  • To ensure operations are carried out in compliance with the Company’s QHSE policies & procedures.
  • To ensure implementation of Permit to Work system and other applicable controls are in place while any critical job is performed.
  • To ensure relevant PPE compliance at working sites
  • To monitor emergency exercises & drills and advise the contractor on improvements.
  • To prepare project close out report inclusive of QHSE statistics.
  • To assist Punjab EPA officials, visit during seismic operations.
  • To ensure all conditions mentioned in EPA – NOC- Punjab are fully met during course of Seismic Operations. 5 Documentation & Communication The Field HSE Officer will be responsible for the following documentation:
  • The Field HSE Officer will report to the Company’s representative (KUFPEC’s HSE at Area Office) and will seek his consent on key matters before taking any decision. Any technical decision will be taken in consultation with the Company’s HSE/Geoscientist/QC consultant in the field.
  • Prepare report on daily, weekly & monthly basis and send data to AO HSE and cc Exploration.
  • Inspections, audits, accidents/incidents reports to be sent to AO HSE and cc Exploration.
  • Maintaining HSE Statistics and daily POB and man-hours etc.
  • Attend Weekly HSE meeting and keep close coordination with Field QC on future work program and HSE plans and audits/ exercises.
  • Follow-up on actions raised during inspections and accident recommendations.
  • Final close out report of project upon completion of project.

6 QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE The Field HSE Officer should have field HSE experience. Preference will be given to the person who has field HSE experience of seismic operations.

Qualification: Graduate (Bachelors/Engineering/Geo Sciences preferred (NEBOSH Certificate)

Experience: Minimum five (5) years 7 Recruitment Personnel will meet the following requirements: a)

Age Limit The maximum age limit shall be 50 years. Any individual less than 18 years will not behired as an employee

License/Certification:
