For our enthusiastic and hardworking QC team, we are looking for an Incoming Goods Inspection Administrator.
In this position you will manage the process of sampling and verification of raw materials and supplies that are purchased for pharmaceutical processes and / or laboratory activities. Furthermore you will ensure that these raw materials and supplies are of the correct quality and are released for further processing within the stipulated time.

Tasks:
- Coordinate the verification of raw materials and monitor the lead time of the release process
- Sampling raw materials under GMP regime
- Conducting entrance examinations, including certificate checks against the Ph. Eur. guidelines
- Tracking of reference samples
- Archiving (digitizing) documents
- Accurate processing and reporting of test results
- Contributing to the optimizing of the work processes and execution of mutations of specifications and correct archiving of the specification
Requirements:
- HLO and at least 3 years of relevant practical laboratory experience
- Knowledge of GMP / GcLP
- Affinity with pharmacy
- Database management of raw materials
- PC skills, knowledge of MS-Office, and quality software
