We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our team and assist with business development in the market. This role will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services
- Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed
- Continuously improve lead generation techniques and strategies
Experience:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or telemarketing preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
