About the role
The purpose of this position is to provide Program Management for cross-functional projects and programs. Program Integration Manager will be the bridge between Sourcing and Operations teams for our global life sciences client's Full Spectrum Lab Services program.
What you’ll do
Manage entitlement program data in Smartsheet for entitlement tracking. True-up entitlement Smartsheet to client CMMS, based on inventory results
Management of budget pre-approval process for asset adds/changes to client lab service program. Promote savings governance.
Support Site Operations teams to avoid work order backlog in CMMS and drive effective vendor management, data analytics and CMMS activity on account.
Support incorporation of standardized maintenance approach into asset add/change procedures. Ensure compliance with standard maintenance exception process.
Support synchronization of program changes with future program information.
Act as link between Adds/Removes/Changes processes with entitlement processes and CMMS updates. Assure warranty and maintenance schedules are followed and detailed in CMMS.

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related Program Management experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred. PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
- CMMS database knowledge required. Maximo or SAP preferred
- Analytical, reporting, interpersonal, relationship building skills. Quick learner, detail oriented and ability to self-manage.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project. Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet. Prioritization skills/MS PowerPoint experience is desired
- Prior commercial real estate experience required. Life Sciences/Lab Operations experience preferred but not required.

Equal Pay Disclaimer CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Integration Manager position is $84,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Program Integration Manager is $94,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
