Responsibilities
- Call on prospective HEDIS services patients daily and schedule/live transfer them to Clinical Liaison representatives

Accountable for daily and weekly goals for HEDIS Services scheduled- Communicate effectively with patients
- Work independently and also as a key member of the entire team
- Maintaining open lines of communication with Clinical Liaisons, Pharmacists and other schedulers
- Place scheduled HEDIS services on Clinical Liaisons’’ calendar
- Document all calls, tasks and appointments in Salesforce
- Create positive first impression of ExactCare and the unique services we provide.
- Monitor and track daily HEDIS Services scheduled and completed.
- Participate in team huddles, attend training sessions and other ad-hoc meetings as needed.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Scheduler with 6 months experience in current position
- Ability to work 11:30AM-08:00PM EST, Monday - Friday
- Previous experience in scheduling HEDIS services
- Previous outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience, preferred
- Previous cold calling experience, preferred
