Reporting to the Program Director and with independent professional responsibility, the Housing Case Manager is responsible for working alongside families in any of our housing programs (diversion, prevention, shelter or stabilization) to assist guests in securing appropriate housing. This will be accomplished by conducting thorough assessments and offering coaching, group facilitation and community resource development. The Housing Specialist is a full time, non-exempt position eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision; paid holidays, and Paid Time Off.
