Job Description
· Manage/Organize Employees’ files

· Updates Employees’ Benefits
· Timely Onboarding to New Employees from HR
· Manage all Time and Labor, & Attendance Reports
· Involvement with Company Training Outlines
· Oversee all HR related management reports such as department errors logs, employee performance and HR documents
· Review and follow up with Reprimand File
· Prompt handling with Employee Workers’ Compensation & Liability Reports
Requirement
· Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources a plus
· General Knowledge with Federal, State and County Labor Laws
· Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
· High attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills to manage workflow and priorities
· Flexible to work in and ever-changing environment
