Position Overview:
The Vice President of Operations (VPO) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of our Hospice and Home Health services. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VPO will play a crucial role in shaping the company's direction, optimizing operational efficiencies, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's mission, vision, and growth objectives.

Operational Excellence: Lead and manage all aspects of Hospice and Home Health operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and industry best practices.

Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and provide leadership to a diverse team of clinical, administrative, and operational staff.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve the quality of patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new service offerings to expand the company's presence and impact within the Los Angeles healthcare market.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards related to Hospice and Home Health services, ensuring full compliance across all operations.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Valid state license or certification in a relevant healthcare discipline (RN, LPN, etc.).

Expertise: In-depth understanding of Hospice and Home Health regulations, compliance, and best practices.

Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and operational excellence.
