Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Elderly Caregivers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:
As an Elderly Caregiver at [Assisted Living Facility Name], your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Providing personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
2. Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure the comfort and safety of residents.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Elderly Caregiver position, candidates should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred.
- Previous experience in elderly care or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with elderly residents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist with residents' mobility when necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
