Location: Tennessee Tennessee

• 200-bed acute care hospital - Tennessee

This position reports to the CNO. Direct reports are approximately 55 FTEÂ' s. There are 6 OR Suites and 2 additional OR Suites to grow in to and 1 Cysto Suite. They do approximately 6000 annual cases. They do not do open heart, neuro, plastic surgery or eyes. They have Cath Lab and Cardiovascular and STEMI. They have an Anesthesiologist on staff.

This individual will be over the OR, Sterile Processing, PACU, GI Lab, Holding, Same Day Surgery, and Pain Clinic.
Requires a person with leadership ability, which is flexible in a multi! disciplinary environment. Director is available and responsibl! e, 24-hours per day, and has high standards of commitment to their staff, patients, community, and hospital. Responsibilities include planning, leadership, and marketing of area(s) of responsibility.
