Kip McGrath Education Centres
has recently expanded and is seeking an experienced Property Manager. A 4-day working week with the support of Australasian Operation Managers you will be looking after the Australian/New Zealand Corporate owned centres. Your role will be varied and exciting as you can utilise your skills and knowledge of property management assisting in the growth of the corporate portfolio working with a dedicated and caring team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively communicating with landlords and real estate property managers.
  • Manage all property lease renewals.
  • Manage the maintenance and presentation of centres with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify suitable properties to establish new centres.
  • Conduct property inspections for all site acquisitions.
  • Manage fit-outs for all new sites including negotiation with trades.
  • Manage the acquisition of all centre requirements including technology, furniture, signage and start-up supplies.
  • Organising additional trade support as required.

ABOUT YOU


To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • Property management experience running your own portfolio.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Commitment to superior customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent rapport-building skills.
  • Availability to travel throughout Australia & New Zealand.
  • Basic IT skills would be an advantage.
  • Mature and level headed.
