Job Description

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. We are seeking a Program Analyst Associate to join our team to support CMS activities remotely. As a Program Analyst Associate, you will be trusted to assist in developing processes and schedules to meet project requirements; communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions; monitor and evaluate project timelines and activities and report on progress to project managers; and provide support for deliverables.


HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Performing administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  • Contributing to the production of a variety of deliverables, including status reports, system documentation, and training materials.
  • Assisting with process automation efforts.
  • Assisting in developing plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitoring tasks, to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
  • Monitoring progress of program requirements.
  • Interacting regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
  • Assisting in business development activities and participating in special projects as required.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • 2+ years using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formatting and grammar.
  • Demonstration of strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Must be a team player who is self-motivated and takes initiative.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Section 508 compliance/accessibility.
  • Experience documenting processes/procedures.
  • Exposure to the Agile methodology.

Security Clearance Level:

  • Ability to obtain an HHS Public Trust Clearance: candidate shall have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years and will be required to go through a public trust background investigation.
  • Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
