Waiting Staff: Forbidden Florist
We are currently looking for part-time Waiting Staff. Previous experience essential.
Weekend hours available over Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays. Hours are flexible and worked on a weekly rota basis.
The restaurant at Forbidden Florist oozes style and sophistication. Innovation and intriguing taste extends to every aspect of the food and drinks served.

Waitress/ Waiter Job Purpose
Greets customers and offer restaurant menus, answers questions about menu offerings, process food and drink orders, carries food and drinks from kitchen to tables, and prepare bills and process payments.
Waitress/ Waiter Job Duties can include
- Welcome customers when they arrive at a restaurant
- Introduce menus and announce daily or seasonal menu specials
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
- Takes orders for food and drink by writing them on a ticket and entering them into a tablet.
- Pass customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation
- Prepare drinks and serves them to customers
- Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with their meals and process orders for additional courses if necessary
- Remove used dishes, cutlery and empty glasses from tables
- Prepare bills and deliver them to customers
- Process cash and card payments
- Relay tables and refill condiments
- Maintain familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
- Meet with managers and waiting staff regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials, as well as discuss upcoming reservations and customers with special needs
Waitress/ Waiter Skills and Qualifications
No Formal Education Required, Physical Strength, Physical Stamina, Attention to Detail, Ability to Multitask, Written and Verbal Communication, Customer Service Skills, Interpersonal Communication, Teamwork, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Positive Attitude, Familiarity With Alcohol Restrictions or Laws.

Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
