기술/지식 요구 사항
- 통신 케이블 업계에서 5년 이상의 경력
- 음성, 데이터, 비디오, 외부 플랜트 및 오디오-비주얼 시스템을 위한 구조화된 케이블링 시스템에 대한 검증된 경험.
- 모든 유형의 배선 프로젝트에 대한 프로젝트 팀의 모범 사례 교육에 능숙
- ISO/EIA/TIA 표준에 대한 전문적인 이해
- 고객, 공급업체 및 동료를 대할 때 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계 기술 보유
- 해당 코드 및 BICSI 표준에 대한 지식
- 정보통신공사협회에서 발급한 경력수첩 보유.
QA / QC Specialist
As a member of this team, you will collaborate directly with engineers and managers throughout the organization to establish structured cabling and installation standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for visiting our project sites and ensuring that we are adhering to these standards, as well as gathering lessons learned in order to continuously improve.
Responsibilities
- Obsessive about quality, engineering, and design continuous improvements
- Capacity and readiness to think creatively and innovatively in order to discover cost-effective solutions while maintaining or enhancing quality, reliability, or maintainability
- Collaborate with the project team to develop a global design standards document, global installation best practices guidelines, and product specifications, QA manuals and procedures for controlling amendments and revisions, audit strategies, and quality and operational metrics that define success
- Audit and inspect project sites to ensure compliance with standards, verify defects, generate punch lists, report and generate remediation plans, resolve and close all customer complaints and defects, make recommendations based on product and vendor performance, and continuously propose improvements to existing designs and processes in order to increase installation speed, quality, and efficiency
- Conduct training sessions for local installation teams to ensure that deployments adhere to design specifications and industry best practices
- Responsive and interact with project teams in order to collect requirements, as well as communicate with internal stakeholders in order to discuss features, technical designs, and strategy
- Rapidly identify and address risks and high-priority issues
- Contribute to new product introduction initiatives that increase the quality of infrastructure, minimize costs, and shorten installation time
Skill/Knowledge Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in the telecommunication cabling industry
- Proven experience in structured cabling systems for Voice, Data, Video, Outside Plant, and Audio-Visual Systems.
- Skilled at teaching project team's best practices for all types of cabling projects
- Have an expert understanding of ISO/EIA/TIA standards
- Have good communications and people skills in dealing with client, vendors, and co-workers
Knowledge of applicable codes and BICSI standards
