Compensation:$21 - $29 hourly

Responsibilities:- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
