We are seeking a remote, work from home, Call Center Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. As a Call Center Representative, you are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Home Requirements for this job include:
- An up-to-date home desktop or laptop computer
- A strong Ethernet/broadband internet connection at home
- A headset with a microphone that connects to your home computer
- A quiet homework environment with minimal interruptions
- May require additional equipment such as VOIP connection depending on assignment you choose

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
