- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, coping, binding, scanning etc.
- Application and Renewal of licenses.
- Creating, updating and maintaining important documents with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Sending and receiving emails when necessary.
- Complete clerical and administrative tasks within the office.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle sensitive information in confidential manner.
- Develop & update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Follow-up and coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
- To assist in handling MOM related matters.
Requirements
- At least diploma and above
- Preferably able to speak fluent Man.darin
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Experience in customer service would be an advantange
- Good in MS Office
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
Location: Raffles Place
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
