  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, coping, binding, scanning etc.
  • Application and Renewal of licenses.
  • Creating, updating and maintaining important documents with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Sending and receiving emails when necessary.
  • Complete clerical and administrative tasks within the office.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle sensitive information in confidential manner.
  • Develop & update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
  • Follow-up and coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To assist in handling MOM related matters.

Requirements

  • At least diploma and above
  • Preferably able to speak fluent Man.darin
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Experience in customer service would be an advantange
  • Good in MS Office

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm

Location: Raffles Place

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
