Dental Care Coordinator (commission-based)
Pulse Protocol is the Uber of international healthcare. We give vetted doctors and skilled patient coordinators software and marketing services to enable them to service the needs of patients seeking better, more affordable options for their care outside their country.
*NOTE: We seek a nurse, a medical assistant or a patient-care coordinator for this role.
The Patient-Care Coordinator role is an independent, consulting position. You choose your schedule and get paid for managing a patient's treatment.
Pulse gives you the tools to manage your patients:
● CRM, payment gateway, accounting & analytics dashboard, phone
● Pipeline of patients seeking medical care
● Access to a global network of top providers
How you make money:
● Booking patients for dental care on the Pulse platform
● Additional revenues are available if you generate the leads
*NOTE: this position is commission-based.
Who are you:
● You have dental care experience and a history of engaging with patients.
● You are driven by success-based compensation. This coordinator position only generates revenue when s/he books a service on the Pulse platform.
● You understand the uncertainty of starting an independent business and are willing to put in the time and energy to achieve success.
● You connect with people on a human level and build lasting relationships. It’s not just about the quick sale, but about developing a long-term relationship with the customer.
● What drives you is finding real solutions for real people. Listen with empathy, find pain points— but also know when to back off and not push for the sale.

● You are bilingual fluent in both English and Spanish (other languages like Portuguese and French are a plus).
