Job description
Bray's Hauling LLC is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Owner. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Create and update spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as videos, podcasts, etc.
- Provide administrative support to the President and CEO of Bray's Hauling LLC
- Assist with special projects as requested by the President and CEO of Bray's Hauling LLC
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in company policy.
- Answer questions regarding company policies or procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the President and CEO of Bray's Hauling LLC
- Will have a work phone provided by Owner
Experience:
- 1-2 year(s) (Preferred) or more of administrative experience required.
- Experience working in the hauling/moving industry
- Willingness to succeed!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
